Minimum Wage Check
💰 From 1 March 2026: R30.23/hour
Confirm you are paying at least the legal minimum wage. The minimum wage changes every March — use the Khaya Comply minimum wage calculator to verify.

COIDA Return of Earnings
🦺 Submit by 30 June every year
Submit your Return of Earnings to the Compensation Fund at cfonline.labour.gov.za. Declare your worker's total earnings for the year. Late submission = 10% penalty.

Minimum Wage Increase
💰 Every 1 March
The national minimum wage increases every 1 March. Check the new rate and update your worker's salary if needed. Paying below minimum wage is illegal.

Annual Leave Reset
🌿 On employment anniversary
Annual leave entitlement resets on your worker's employment anniversary date. A worker who works 5 days a week is entitled to 15 days annual leave per cycle.

Sick Leave Cycle
🤒 Every 36 months
Your worker is entitled to 30 days paid sick leave in every 36-month cycle. During the first 6 months of employment they earn 1 day sick leave per 26 days worked.
